Mailbox Repair & Replacement

Villas homeowners are responsible for all mailbox maintenance and repairs as outlined below. This is taken directly from our Villas Handbook, which is also available within the documents library on this site.

Mailbox maintenance is the homeowner's responsibility. This includes the

painting of the mailbox; replacement of any broken parts (e.g. doors, knobs, flags, hinge screws etc.) The Wedgewood Association has a mailbox committee in place consisting of both single family and Villa owners. They are in the process of evaluating existing mailboxes and deciding on a new mailbox for those that need replacing. You will be notified if your mailbox is affected. The existing mailbox is fine if in good condition. However, if you want to upgrade to the new mailbox you will be able to once the committee has updated all neighbors of their choices.
