Board Meetings

The Board meets every other month, with meeting details available on the website, in the newsletter, or from a Board member. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate, and an annual meeting is held each February for board elections, reports, and open discussion.

• February 12th - This meeting starts at 6 pm due to Election (Annual meeting)

• April 9th - 6:30 pm CLCC

• June 11th - 6:30 pm CLCC

• August 13th - 6:30 pm CLCC

• October 8th - 6:30 pm CLCC

• December 10th - 6:30 pm CLCC

Note: A special Board meeting will be held on December 30th, 2025 at 11:00 am at the home of Michael & Marita Kosko, 979 Plantain Court to approve the 2026 budget and Wood Replacement / Painting contract for 2026. Notice will be emailed 2 weeks prior to meeting
